QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

Consistent with our objectives of meeting quality expectations of our customers, due importance is given to the following activities:

•  Preparation and implementation of Quality Assurance Plans to meet the Customers Specifications. We follow ISO9001 Quality System requirements to meet the Customer specifications. We also liason and work with Third party Inspection Agencies like Lloyds Register of Industrial Services, Bureau Veritas Kenya Ltd and other National Bodies like Kenya Bureau of Standards, Radiation Protection Board etc.

•  Identification and acquisition of any control, inspection equipment, fixtures, total production procedures, tools, processes that are required to achieve the required quality are followed.

•  Review of compatibility between design, production, inspection and testing procedures and operational methods including documentation activities are carried out systematically.

•  Identification of quality problems and implementation of corrective and preventive actions are taken as a regular practice.

•  Disposition of non- conformities by review by Production, Design, Quality Assurance functions.

•  Systems for handling, storage, packing, presentation and delivery of manufactured products are followed as per quality plan.

•  Supervisory training of personnel to update the knowledge in quality measures systems is conducted on a regular basis.
