Construction of 80 metre observatory tower using continuous concrete casting method (slip forming) on piled foundations and comprising of lift shaft, escape staircase with a control room and equipment floor provided at 50 metres and 56 metres above ground respectively.

Construction of a single storey harbour masters office block. The structure, a reinforced concrete frame supported on piled foundation with suspended reinforced concrete slabs and coral block infill wailing.
Other works included onsite roads and parking areas, fencing and gates, underground water tanks surface water drains and sewers.

Piling works - 20 No. (each 1.05m Diameter)
Earth works - 2,790m3
Concrete works - 1,587m3
Roadworks - 1,502m2
