a) Managing Director:

J. Schwartzman has been the Managing Director since 1984 and has overseen the growth of H Young from a structural steel fabricator to a multi-faceted construction company. His background includes senior roles in design and engineering companies prior to his joining H Young. He has over 35 years experience in design, construction and operation of a wide range of companies in process and infrastructure development in Kenya and internationally. He is also a director of Aristocrats Concrete, Warren Enterprise and Gilfilian Air conditioning services co.

b) Chief Engineer (Mechanical)

MSc (Hon) Mech.

Jacob Lerner is a graduate of the University of Ben Gurion of Negev with over 34 years experience in design, instrumentation and installation. He has been at H Young for 17 years and heads the structural steel and electro-mechanical installation division.

c) Financial controller

B.com, Chartered Accountant

G Balakumar is a chartered accountant and member of the Indian institute of costs and works accountants. With over 27 years experience, 17 of them at H Young, where heads the Finance and Administration department. He previously worked at Bidco Oil Refineries

d) Chief Engineer (Roads & Civil works)

BSc, Civil engineering, Geodesy Engineering, Astronomy and Surveying, MSc Environmental Studies

Giora Rozmarin is a registered civil engineer with over 27 years experience in road design and construction. He has also previously worked as a chief city engineer in Israel and has managed his own consultancy. He currently heads the Roads & Civil works department
